2012 Camp Royal Camper Registration Site

If you are not in District 5160 (click here for the map), DO NOT use this site -- you are looking for a different Camp Royal.  (Many Rotary Districts call their program "Camp Royal" -- this site may not be the one you are looking for, especially if you are from the Fresno area.)

You should only register if you have already been interviewed and/or selected by your Sponsoring Rotary Club to attend the program.  Do not register until you have been instructed to do so by the Camp Royal Committee. 

ALTERNATES:  DO NOT REGISTER UNTIL YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY US!  ONLY SELECTED STUDENTS ARE TO REGISTER -- NOT ALTERNATES.

You (the Camper) are the "Ticket Buyer".  Enter "1" in the quantity field.  You will need to know the exact name of your sponsoring Rotary Club.  It most likely has your "city" or "town" name in it.  It is NOT "District 5160" or a person's name. 

Be sure and be specific.        Please don't guess -- be certain!

Please use proper capitalization where appropriate so we don' t have to edit your entry.  That means UPPER and lower case letters in proper names like street names, yours, your parent's, your school, and the sponsoring Rotary Club.  For phone numbers, please use the format xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Please note that the week of Camp Royal 2012  is the same as Boys State and you are not able to attend both.  If you plan to apply to Boys State, please do not register, but contact your Sponsoring Rotary Club and decline the Camp Royal Scholarship. 

After you complete the online form, the Camp Royal Committee will send you an e-mail with the Camper Agreement for you, your parent or guardian, and your Sponsoring Rotary Club to sign, along with the Health Form for your physician to complete.
